Sometimes even recognising that you want to change something isn’t always obvious. Life has a habit of allowing us to tolerate and absorb situations and contexts, way beyond what we’d ordinarily go for out of choice. (No frog ever voted for the pan of hot water as its first choice of spa day.) Or perhaps you know what you want, but just don’t know how to begin to move towards it.
Sometimes confidence can be the challenge. A sense of imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, your faith in making the ‘right’ decision, procrastination – or its sneaky sibling, perfectionism – can all act as a handbrake on life.
Working with a coach can support and challenge your thinking, unlock fresh perspectives and help you explore your goals. I won’t offer prescriptive solutions. I provide an environment where you can confidentially explore where you are now; where you’d like to be; your options for getting there; what barriers may exist; and the pathways that could help you move towards that better place for you.
The goal will always be to seek alignment between your values, thoughts, feelings and behaviours to give you confidence in your unique choice of path. In other words, it’s all about mobility.
