Pick Your Hat 

Like many of us,

I wear more than one hat.

There’s one for coaching, and others for copywriting, speaking at events and being an author. But it doesn’t stop there. Other hats include being a dad, husband, brother, cardiac arrest survivor and a fan of 80s music. But I’m only paid for wearing the first four!

Having previously set up a promotional marketing agency, a property development company, and an event management agency, I also understand how SMEs work and the challenges they face. I’ve worked with clients as startups, established businesses, multinationals, associations and community organisations for over 30 years.

Mix all these experiences with life’s great adventure and… Tah-daaah! Here we are.

The chances are you’ve landed on this site with a specific interest in mind, so each of my hats has a separate page. And whilst they’re all jauntily different, they’re all underpinned by authenticity and focussed on helping you unlock your potential, whether personal or in business.

And why KATalyst?

Well, the first three letters are the initial letters of my names and my goal is to help make a positive change in the lives of others. No matter where you are or how you got there, there is always the opportunity to reflect, refine and re-engage with the world, but more on your own terms.
That’s it. Life is short – if we’re lucky, we’ll get about 80 orbits of the sun. You can do your own arithmetic but it’s my aim to help you make the most of them.
